The Scenic Virginia 2016 Virginia Vistas Photo Contest, sponsored by the Richmond-Times Dispatch, is now open and ends May 15, 2016. Note entries to the contest allow Scenic Virginia unlimited use of the images (I believe this is whether you win or not), but credit will be given to the photographer.
