The Center at Belvedere in Charlottesville is trying a Pop-Up Art event in August for the first time, and if it goes over it may be a regular event. There is an application form that just went active yesterday on the website, so anyone can apply directly online. Go to the Fine Arts page under Programs to see the details and the link for the document. Deadline is early April.

An application does not guarantee a spot at this event because we don't know how many people will apply and both 2-D and 3-D artwork will be submitted, so artisans and 2-D artists will be applying.
There is a requirement to submit photos because this will be a juried application process and those who are offered a space will receive notification.
This event is open to anyone 18 years of age and older, no vendors of commercial products allowed, only handmade items. We will be selecting a mixture of mediums, as indicated on the application, to ensure that there is a mixture of items for the public.
