Clarification on "Getting Around" competition rules

Hi All,

Hopefully I'm asking this in the right forum category. I looked up the competition rules for assigned categories, and it's not clear to me if star trails or a moon stack are be allowed. In both cases the photos are taken the same evening from the exact same spot, then one or more foreground photos are stacked with sky photos in photoshop or Starry Landscape Stacker. There is no other "compositing" or generative AI involved.
