December 2018 Holiday Party and End-of-Year Awards

Our annual holiday party will begin with a wine and cheese social. You provide the wine or other beverage of your choice and the club will have a cheese and cracker spread in the social room in front of our usual meeting room. Following the reception, you and your guest are invited to our end-of-year competition and awards presentation. Our end-of-year competition again will be judged by Andy Jezioro. Andy will have previewed the entries and will discuss only the images he has chosen as category winners and runners up. Expediting the competition should allow us to return to the wine and cheese following the awards.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Please note that the deadline for submitting your entries to Photocontest Pro is midnight Monday Dec. 10. This is a day earlier than the usual deadline and is necessary to provide enough time for our judge to evaluate the entries. This should be easy, since only images that were entered in one of the monthly competitions are eligible for the end-of-year competition. The only exception to this previous entry rule is for B photographers who enter a portfolio of three prints to compete for the Shyan award.
